Association Reserves has been serving the community association industry since
1986, delivering over 70,000 reserve studies to the volunteer Boards
of Directors for shared-ownership communities of all shapes and sizes
throughout the United States.
Our reserve studies link financial & physical health and present Boards with
a funding plan to direct their association to a stable and improved future.

The tragic collapse of their Surfside, FL
building in June 2021 kicked us into high
gear to determine a market-driven solution
to the circumstances that contributed
to this tragedy: Lack of transparency,
and boards and owners at cross-purposes
with each other.
Creating AIM as an independent and unifying, national online database and
pioneering the FiPhO® score was the natural extension of our decades of
subject matter expertise. The challenge was lofty, our resolve was firm, and our
speed was impressive:

AIM was launched to the public at the CAI National
Conference & Exhibition on May 4-7, 2022 in Orlando, FL,
less than a year from the day 98 people lost their lives in
this unprecedented disaster...
Through AIM, we have created a way for Boardmembers and homeowners
to become committed champions of a common purpose, prioritizing the
protection of property values for owners and a safe and secure
environment for all residents over artificially low assessments that lead to
deferred maintenance, special assessments and, God forbid, any more
destructive building failures
